Definition of a Grievance

A client query or complaint refers to any communication expressing dissatisfaction with the conduct, act of omission or commission, or deficiency in service provided, where the client is seeking remedial action. The following are not treated as grievances:

  1. Complaints that are incomplete or not specific in nature
  2. Communications offering suggestions
  3. Communications seeking general guidance or explanation

Objective

This Policy sets out the procedures Wizr Wealth Private Limited follows for receiving, handling, and responding to client grievances regarding its services. The key objectives are:

  1. To provide fair and equal treatment to all clients, without bias, at all times.
  2. To ensure every issue raised by a client is handled courteously and resolved within stipulated timelines.
  3. To maintain an adequate and timely organizational framework for promptly and fairly addressing grievances.
  4. To ensure clients experience a high standard of satisfaction in their interactions with Wizr.
  5. To keep grievance redressal easily accessible for clients

Raising a Grievance

  1. Clients may approach their distributor in person or via email for any query relating to their investments. Wizr maintains an adequate procedure for expeditious grievance redressal. Clients should email their grievance to reach@getwizr.com , and Wizr will address it within 7 working days of receipt.
